Our Cancellation Policy

1. Week-Long Camps

Full Refund: Requests made 14 days or more before the start of the camp. (minus a $50 Admin fee).
Partial Refund (75%): Requests made 7-13 days before the start of the camp.
Partial Refund (50%): Requests made less than 2-7 days before the start of the camp
No Refund: Requests made 24hrs before the program start date or after the program has started
Medical Exception: Full refund (minus a $50 Admin fee) if cancellation is due to a documented medical reason.
Full or partial credits may be issued upon request. Admin fee may apply.

Full Refund: Requests made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the program. (minus a $25 Admin Fee)
Partial Refund (50%): Requests made 24-72 hours in advance.
No Refund: Requests made less than 24 hours prior or after the event has begun.
Medical Exception: Full refund with valid documentation (minus a $25 Admin Fee).
Full or partial credits may be issued upon request. Admin fee may apply.

Partial Refund (50%): Requests made less than 2-7 days before the start of the camp
Partial Refund (Pro-Rated): Requests made after the first session but before the third session, minus a $25 administrative fee.
No Refund: After the third session, no refunds will be issued.
Medical Exception: Pro-rated refund is available with documentation of a condition that prevents continued participation.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the rental time.
Rescheduling Option: Available with 24+ hours' notice, subject to court availability.

Full or Partial Credits may be issued upon request.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or at the front desk.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
All administrative fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
